sjmerchandise

eBay Item #220226358527

So this ebay seller, sjmerchandise, is currently selling a fake Tiffany Heart Tag Toggle Necklace & Bracelet Set and she has the nerve to put this in her listing:

"ATTENTION ALL EBAY MEMBERS! Recently another member on ebay stole my listing photos as well as my text description and return policy, which they used in their own listing. Not only is this against ebay policy, but it is against the Berne Convention. The Berne Convention is an International Treaty/Law which includes specific laws regarding the copyright of photographs.

All photographs are the property of the original photographer, regardless if mentioned or not, and use of those photos without written permission is against the law. All images used in any of my listings are my own photographs, taken with my own personal digital camera. Whether in original or altered format, any photos included in my listings are not authorized for use by anyone else. No exceptions.

Anyone who attempts to steal images or copy text from my listings will be reported to ebay for violation of ebay policy. I also reserve the right to report such theft to the US Government as well as the government in which you reside, and if you belong to one of the 163 countries who abide by the Berne Convention, legal action will be taken against you to the full extent allowed by law.

Let this be your first and only warning. Copyright Theft will not be tolerated!"

Ebay clearly states:
"Counterfeit, unauthorized replicas, unauthorized items (such as counterfeit watches, handbags, or other accessories), or unauthorized copies (such as copies of software programs, video games, music albums, movies, television programs, or photographs) are not permitted on eBay."

Compare the "&" symbols. The "&" symbol on sjmerchandise's merchandise doesn't match Tiffany.com's picture. FAKE!
